scrapbook paper from Costco (purchased years ago)
dark chocolate cardstock from Gale's Warehouse (I think Paper Source has it also)
glue stick and dots adhesive
(I used glue stick to cover all the skinny parts of the branch, but used the dots on some larger parts to ensure it is stuck permanently; sometimes glue stick comes undone)
